Delivery

A delivery bill (Hao Pi) is included in the parcel. We suggest you keep it, as proof of delivery.

You should check the content of the parcel to make sure the products contained correspond to your order before signing the carrier’s delivery bill. Conditional acceptance of goods on delivery should be indicated on the delivery bill in writing if any product is damaged or spoiled. Once you or another authorised person has signed the delivery bill, it means the package has been checked and accepted.

Conditional acceptance of goods on delivery should also be confirmed by registered letter to the carrier within three working days of the delivery of the goods and a copy sent to our contact in Switzerland:

If products are returned, this should be done within seven working days from the delivery date. Any complaint filed after this period will not be accepted. The returned products will only be accepted if the original packaging has not been tampered or damaged. (packaging, accessories…)

If on delivery, the packaging is damaged, dented, opened, you should check the goods thoroughly. If they have been damaged, you must refuse the parcel and indicate conditional acceptance of goods on the delivery bill (parcel refused because opened or damaged).

If the parcel can not be delivered due to an incomplete or wrong address, or if the parcel is refused by the addressee or information is missing, HAO PI can not be held responsible for the quality of the delivery. If the missing information leads to a second submitting, HAO PI could ask the customer to pay for the expenses entailed by this second delivery.

If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, if the delivery is taken care of by a carrier, the parcel post courrier will leave a transit advice notice in the recipient’s mail box. The recipient will then have to go and pick up the parcel at the address specified on the transit advice notice. (post office)

In case of absence, HAO PI can not be held responsible for the final quality of the goods.

Complaints

Complaints concerning the delivery of the goods should be notified within 7 workdays after receipt. Complaints will always be handled with good will. In case of litigation, please contact the company first in order to find a solution by going to our website at www.patch-haopi.com and e-mailing through our website «contact» page.

When a product is not delivered, it is considered late delivery, unless it is a case of force majeure. Are considered force majeure preventing us from delivering war, strike, riot, crime, act of God, terrorism, accidents or raw material delivery problems. HAO PI will keep the client posted if any of the above occur.

Nevertheless, delivery within lead time can not be guaranteed unless all payments due by the customer are made.

We would appreciate if our customers would never accept a damaged parcel without indicating conditional acceptance of goods on the delivery bill. By signing, the recipient certifies having received a delivery in good shape from the carrier. Without conditional acceptance or refusal of the parcel no complaint on the state of the parcel or parcels delivered can be accepted by HAO PI.

Liabilities

HAO PI can not be held responsible if it is prevented from carrying out the contract for reasons outside its reasonable control including force majeure, labour strikes or lock outs or strikes of transport or materials, floods or fire. HAO PI shall have no liability to the customer for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from the non delivery of goods including operating loss, profit loss, damages or expenses incurred.

The choice and purchase of a product are the entire responsibility of the buyer.

If an order is not delivered or only partially delivered, the buyer has one year maximum (from the warehouse departure date) to file a complaint. After that period of time, we can no longer accept complaints.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance to article L.121-16 of the consumer’s code, the buyer has a 7 workday period from the date of delivery of his order to return any article that does not suit him, to request an exchange or the reimbursement without expenses with the exception of the postal return expenses.

Any product sent back must have a corresponding return number recorded at HAO PI.

To obtain this product return number, the buyer has to contact the customer service department of patchhoapi.com at
www.patch-haopi.com on the website “contact” page. The product must be returned in good shape, in its original packaging and unhampered.

The return of the product is carried out at the expenses and risks of the buyer.

This right of withdrawal is granted if the products are unhampered and complete, in their original packaging and sent with a copy of the delivery bill marked with the product return number given by email by the customer service department.

Products returned either, incomplete, spoiled, damaged or dirty will not be accepted as trade-ins.

Guarantees and after sales

Beyond the latent defect clause or the responsibility of HAO PI if the products have a defect, the HAO PI products bought online at www.patch-haopi.com have a one-year guarantee if they are used according to the instructions on the packaging. In that case HAO PI will replace the defective products.

The contract does not guarantee damages due to misuse of the product or to usual wear and tear. To be eligible for the guarantee, the delivery bill should be kept.

The return of the product is carried out at the expenses and risks of the buyer.

Data protection

At any time, you can access , modify, correct and erase any personal information (article 34 of the law on data protection dated January 6, 1978). You can request this via contact@patch-haopi.com or by mail sent to our contact in Switzerland.
